"Return was easy, honestly"
So, I had to return a jacket, it was simple. Like, the steps were clear enough to follow without any confusion, and the refund showed up sooner than I was expecting. Overall, yeah, no real hassle.

"Cancellation Was Handled Poorly"
I’m not trying to be difficult, but canceling my order with Travel Country was way more of a headache than it needed to be. I reached out expecting a simple process, but the replies were slow and the answers I got felt vague. By the time everything was finally dealt with, I was already frustrated. Maybe others have had better luck, but based on my experience, I wouldn’t order from them again.

"Got my jacket eventually, but the updates were frustrating"
I ordered a jacket from travelcountry.com, and for a few days the tracking just didn’t change at all. I get that shipping delays happen, but it was annoying not really knowing what was going on or whether the package was stuck somewhere.
Customer service did get back to me, but it took longer than I would’ve liked, and the communication wasn’t exactly clear at first. They eventually checked into it, and after that the package finally started moving again.

I did end up getting the jacket, and the item itself was totally fine. So it worked out in the end, but the whole process was more stressful than it needed to be because the updates and communication were vague

"A reminder to build in a little extra time"
I ordered from Travel Country and my package did show up, just a few days later than I was expecting. The tracking didn’t update very quickly either, so there was a bit of that guessing-game feeling while I waited. In the end, everything arrived in good shape and I got exactly what I paid for, so it wasn’t a bad experience. It just reminded me that if something is time-sensitive, it’s probably best not to cut it too close...

The box arrived totally smashed, and the packaging just didn’t seem strong enough to protect it. By the time I opened it, the item was already banged up, which was frustrating. I get that shipping can be rough sometimes, but still, this could’ve been packed a lot better.

I think I checked out sometime last week, or maybe the week before, but overall it went through okay. It wasn’t the smoothest experience though, I had to try a couple of times before it finally worked. Not a huge deal, just a bit annoying in the moment.

I was disappointed with this jacket. It started coming apart way sooner than I expected, and it just feels really cheaply made. Maybe I got a bad one, but I can’t be the only one who noticed the quality, right?

"Shipping took longer than expected"
The shipping was kind of slow and took longer than I thought it would. What made it more annoying was that there wasn’t really any human contact when I tried to check on it, just automated updates, so I felt like I was left guessing.

I ordered from travelcountry.com, i kind of regret not checking reviews about the checkout process first. My card got charged right away, but the confirmation took forever to come through, so I was sitting there wondering if the order even went through. Customer service did eventually sort it out, which I appreciated, but the whole payment experience was more stressful than it needed to be.

My order did arrive without any issues, so I can’t really complain too much. The tracking was just kind of slow to update and a little confusing. I kept checking it because it felt like maybe they weren’t super eager to show exactly where the package was until it was already close. Not a huge deal, but it could definitely be smoother. In the end everything worked out, so I’d say 3 stars

"Selection felt limited"
I checked out Travel Country hoping to grab a few outdoor items, but compared to other gear sites I’ve used, the selection felt thin. A lot of the sizes and colors I wanted were missing, and a couple of brands I usually expect to see just weren’t there.
After a while, it felt like every other thing I clicked on was either unavailable or not quite what I needed. It might be fine if you’re just browsing and not too particular, but I ended up ordering from another site that had more options.

"Site was a bit of a pain to use"
I was looking for a few travel things and the website felt kind of clunky. Some pages took a little too long to load, and the filters didn’t really narrow stuff down the way I expected. I ended up clicking around way more than I should’ve just to compare items. Checkout was fine in the end, but browsing was definetly more annoying than it needed to be.

"Shipping cost was way too high"
I was about to order a jacket from Travel Country, but once I got to checkout, the shipping cost was ridiculous. It made the whole purchase feel like it wasn’t worth it anymore, especially after I’d already spent time picking out what I wanted.

I understand shipping isn’t always free, but this seemed way too high for a regular item. What made it more frustrating was that it felt like nobody really takes ownership of the issue, like it’s just passed off as “that’s the price.” I ended up abandoning the cart, which was annoying.

"Customer service could’ve been better..."
I ordered from travelcountry.com and had a question about my shipment, but the replies from customer service felt short... and not all that helpful. I ended up asking the same thing twice and still didn’t really get a clear answer. The item arrived fine in the end, so that part was okay, but dealing with support was frustrating. Not the worst experience ever... I just expected a bit more help

"Fit smaller than expected, and the return terms changed"
I ordered my usual size, but it definitely ran small on me. The return process was fine overall, but it was still annoying to deal with, especially since the terms seemed to have changed from what I expected. Just kind of frustrating when you think you know what you're agreeing to and then it feels different when you actually need to return something.

It showed the item was in stock, so I figured I was good to go, but then it wasn’t actually available. Kind of frustrating, especially after making the effort to check first. I don’t know if the site just hadn’t updated or what, but yeah, the inventory was totally wrong...

"I ordered this jacket expecting it to..."
I ordered this jacket expecting it to arrive in new condition, but the box showed up completely smashed like it had been tossed around the whole way here. When I opened it, the jacket didn’t look fresh at all, it looked like it had already been worn or dragged across a floor.

There were visible marks on it, and even the inside packaging was torn up and messy. For the price, I really don’t think it’s unreasonable to expect something clean, properly packed, and ready to wear.
I’ve already reached out to customer service because this isn’t something I’m willing to just accept. If they don’t offer a proper replacement or refund, I’ll be escalating the complaint further. Super disappointing experience, and I definitely wouldn’t order from them again based on this

"Just a heads-up for anyone shopping..."
Just a heads-up for anyone shopping on Travel Country: it was okay, but I wouldn’t assume you’re getting the best deal. Some prices seemed fair at first, but when I compared a few items, I found them cheaper on other sites. Shipping also made the total less appealing for me. Not a terrible experience, just average — definitely worth checking around before you order
